Product Description

The primer consists of rubber and synthetic resins with rubber solvents suitably resins compound to produce non-toxic and non-air polluting primers that can be readily applied cold. The primer has good application properties both by spray, brush or machine. So as to form on the surface to be coated. The primer can produce instant and effective bonding between the pipe and the PE tape.

The high quality anticorrosion conting systems of polyethylene tape for pipelines of any diameter for petroleum, natural gas, water supply, city gas, oil and electric power industries etc.

The PE tape as consists of two parts: Anticorrosion conting systems are formed by the best combination of primer, inner wrap tape(anticorrosion coating tapes) and outer wrap tape(mechanical coating tapes)

1. Adhesive: Inner layer of Butyl rubber.
2. Backing: Outer layer of Polyethylene(PE) Plastic
