Product Description
We supply high pressure fiberglass reinforcement pipe (FRP) production line including
1. Mechanical part (headstock, spindle, beam, winding carriage, winding head, de-molding system, etc).
2. Four ways steam heating/water cooling system.
3. Winding process control system (The specialized design and control software for GRE pipes is also provided).
4. Temperature control system.
5. Demould system.
6. Resin circulating system.
7. Mould and tool.
8. Technical Service
9. And all necessory auxiliary equipments and accessories.
Pipe size 1.5"-14" and 8"-24", pressure up to 35MPa. Meeting API 15HR standard, API 5CT for downhole tubing(coupling connection), and ASTM standard. Turn-key or partially order. One line can produce 2", 7MPa pipe 250KM per year.
